The financial aid application process for Providence Academy is completed through TADS Tuition Aid Data Services , a third-party organization that collects and audits financial information. Application forms must be submitted to TADS by February 17 for priority consideration for the following school year. If applicants have parents living in separate households, both legal guardians must apply for financial assistance to qualify.

For enrolled students from families whose primary income is derived from serving in full-time ministry in a church, parachurch, or similar non-profit Christian ministry aligned with the PCCA Statement of Faith, a portion of tuition will be waived through financial aid as a tangible encouragement to fellow co-laborers in missions.

Dozens of students receive tuition aid each year to afford a Providence education. Providence uses a third-party financial aid evaluation company to assess all tuition applications. To receive aid for the first time, a student must be already enrolled in or accepted for admission to Providence. In addition, the student must exhibit exemplary citizenship and a positive classroom attitude reflected by above average grades.

The student must also actively participate in the life of the school community. Financial Aid is awarded on an annual basis, and parents must resubmit for financial aid each school year by the deadline. The priority deadline for applying for financial aid for the upcoming school year is April 1st.
